chore(文档): CLAUDE.md 里几处和代码对不上的说法改成现状

- 格式化行宽早就回到 Oxfmt 默认的 100，去掉「printWidth: 80 别删」
- 前端不再是「从 ojnext 原样搬来」，大部分页面已重写
- 判题镜像已没有 Node；时间列、入参校验处数这两个会变的数字去掉
- 前端路由 meta 补上 requiresTeacherAdmin，composables 补上 problemJump / teacherHelp
