docs: 课堂求助与协作编辑实现计划

8 个任务：前端 WS 基类支持二进制 → 后端 collab 通道控制面 → 房间与帧转发
→ 前端 store → 学生求助按钮 → 教师顶栏列表 → 协作编辑 → 清理旧实现。
每个任务收尾是手动验证步骤（项目约定不写测试）。
