窄屏工具栏不换行；数据库页面提示更新

- 屏幕宽度不到 1600 时不显示编译、往返时间（给开发看的），平台名、保存状态、链接不换行，
  1366 宽的机房电脑上工具栏是一行
- 数据库页面的提示：运行要用数据库的实验时自动建库，"恢复实验初始数据"用来恢复成初始数据
